SZ1131 提供了简单反激控制器的简易设计,具有 ACF 设计的所有优点,包括回收反激变压器的漏感能量和限制初级MOSFET关断时的漏极电压尖峰。
SZ1131 采用 Silanna Semiconductor 的 OptiMode™ 数字控制架构,可逐周期调整其工作模式,以保持高效率、低 EMI、快速动态负载调节和其他关键电源参数,以响应不断变化的线路电压和加载。在 (90Vac – 265Vac) 输入电压和不同负载的条件下效率最高达 95%,同时结合低于 20mW 的超低空载功耗,可显著降低整体能耗。
SZ1131 集成了自适应数字 PWM 控制器、有源钳位 FET、有源钳位驱动器和高压启动器。针对过热、过压、过流、过功率和短路情况以及变压器磁饱和故障的内置保护进一步减少了对外围元件的需求。
